Game Synopsis
In the not too distant future, on a small island nation, a crisis has arisen. The number of students graduating from school has fallen sharply and university places are going unfilled. Faced with the prospect of mass unemployment and potential economic disaster the government is forced to introduce emergency measures. All students over eighteen who failed or were expelled from school are to be forced back into education at a number of special facilities.
In The Headmaster you play an expert in young adult psychology with some unique ideas about how to tackle the crisis. After a demonstration of your theories at a teachers conference you are approached by the agent of a mysterious organisation. He invites you to interview for the position of headmaster (principal) at one of the newly founded schools for over eighteen year olds. Keen to prove yourself and your theories you gladly accept.
Using your unique disciplinary methods you must turn a whole school of delinquent young women into hard working and obedient students. Things will not be easy for you. You must win your colleagues to your side, cater to the unusual demands of the schools owners and deal with a troublesome government inspector.

Changes from the beta version
- Added repeatable versions of several scenes (the second medical, Liz’s punishments in the punishment system, Liz’s after class HJ, Lucy’s office BJ, gardening with Samantha). However, there are no new images.
- There was an issue where two points of influence were not being awarded for arranging the prostitute for Mr Wilson in Chapter 1, soft locking some people from reaching chapter 2. All old saves that have seen that scene will receive 2 influence points.
- Several minor bug fixes including; the Sunday night TV not working; some old save showing an error on load; incorrect money awarded for some punishments; a crash when visiting Sally’s apartment too soon; a crash when watching porn in your office.

Q1: How do I cheat in the game?
Open the Event Log. To do this, click the “Replay Scene” button at the top right on the main map screen. Then press the big red button marked “do not press”. Press this three times. Each time you will get a warning that you will need to close.
The third time you press it the cheat menu will appear. This allows you to change all your stats (e.g. money, discipline, influence etc), automatically pass school rules, and unlock all the events in the Event Log.

Q4: How do I maintain grades and discipline?
Complete Miss Potts’ training to minimize the drop in discipline every evening (See walkthrough QSF01 or event guides STA05 – STA10 about training Miss Potts.)
If discipline is below 20, then you will also lose a grade point every night. If you increase discipline above 20, then grades will remain steady.
The best way to increase discipline is by spanking girls in class. In general, you will get 2 discipline points every time you do this although you can also get bonus discipline points if discipline is below 20.
The walkthrough has a section “Advice for New Players” which might be helpful. In particular, the section “The First Two Weeks: What to Do” which provides some helpful information and advice about maintaining grades and discipline.

Q8: How do I find Sally’s keys?
You will need to:
(1) fully complete the “Order to the Chaos” main quest and have the Second Dream event.
(2) complete the “Sally and the Towels” event by stealing the large towel when Sally is in the shower on Monday afternoon.
(3) open the lake at the school board on Friday morning.
The first weekday after you have the second dream, Samantha will tell you that the groundskeeper wants to talk to you about some keys. When you speak to him he will give you Sally’s keys. (If you have not completed the Order to the Chaos quest or the Sally and the Towels event, he will ask you to come back later.) You can then talk to Sally in the changing room again and give her the keys.

(4) Propose the Corporal Punishment rule that “Corporal punishments may be carried out on students by any teacher regardless of gender” at the school board.
(5) Speak to Ruth about “the old headmaster”. Then speak to Miss Chang in the evening and ask about “the old headmaster’s password”. Miss Chang will say she wants you to play a trick on Miss Newman first.
(6) On Monday afternoon, go to changing room and click on Sally’s bag. That evening, Miss Newman and Miss Chang will have a fight.

You will get the influence points by punishing Debbie and raising her to level 4. See the detailed game guide, section XPUN03 for full details.
Q12: How do I make Debbie a prefect?
You will need to punish Debbie, raise her to level 5, and assign her a role. See the Student Punishment Guide (section DEB08), which is included in the Complete Game Guide. Alternatively, see this quick punishment guide.
Q13: How do I punish Rachel and increase her punishment level?

Q14: How do I pass the corporal punishment rule to allow me to spank the girls myself?
To do this, you need to fully complete the “A Man’s Work” Main Quest. (See walkthrough, QMAIN03). To do this, you will need to make Debbie your prefect, get Sally’s 3 influence points, and get Ruth to capitulate to you. You can then hold a vote at the Friday school board.
Q15: How do I pass the “strip to underwear rule”?
You will need to raise Rachel to Level 4 and then teach her a lesson when you find her asleep in the dorm. See Rachel’s quick punishment guide for more details (see the start of Level 5 for details of unlocking the rule).
Q16: What should I do during the date with Samantha?
Complement her outfit, order the finest red wine, and choose to have the same as Samantha. Ask about her interests, and then say that you are keen on home improvements. Ask about her sister and her love life.
Arabella will bring the wrong order. Chose to “Intervene” and then “go check it out”. Open the door a little further, and then say that “actually, I do mind”.
At the end of the meal say that it was delicious and then pay for everything. The bill will be $140. Samantha will kiss you and you’ll say that you thought dinner went very well.

Q18: How do I achieve 100 grades in Chapter 2?
In Chapter 2, there are two things that affect your nightly grade change.
The first is your discipline level: if it is high then the girls will study, and you will earn +1 or +2 grades per night. The second thing is your grade score. Once it gets high enough, you will lose a certain amount of grades every evening, to represent the girls who are falling behind in their studies.
Once you reach 90 grades, you will start to lose 4-5 grades a day. This can make it hard to reach 100 grades.
Firstly, you should focus on increasing your discipline. Once you have Discipline of 81 or more, grades will increase by +2 a day (so the cumulative loss is only 2-3 a day).
A high discipline score will also allow you to pass the topless punishment rule. Once you have passed this, you can punish students with an enforced nudity punishment when you teach a class. This will give you +1 discipline and +2 grades for every class you teach. Teaching 2 classes a day will give you +4 grades.
You should also complete Alice’s first paperwork event (Alice Needs Tutoring). This will prevent you getting the random class event with Alice where you lose -2 Grades. On Monday evenings, go to the dorms and help the girls with their homework. This will give you an extra +1 grades each week.
On Friday, during the pop quiz, if you ask a hard question, you will get +3 grades.
During the Reluctant Rebel quest (QST4), you can choose not to encourage her to break the rules. This means that you will continue to randomly get the Good Girl Priti event where you can also get +3 grades.
This means that over a week you should be able to get a minimum of +32 grades in a week: at least +19 grades by teaching classes (4 on Monday to Thursday, and 3 on Friday), +1 helping with homework, and +12 grades in the evening (2 every night except Saturday).
Once you are over 90 grades, you will lose a maximum 20-25 grades per over the week (4-5 points on Monday to Friday). This means you should be able to increase grades by at least 7-12 points every week.
